Leon shows cubefarm, which turns a coding agent swarm into a 3D office: Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode agents pick up GitHub issues from a Kanban board and open real pull requests.
Leon van Zyl's Claude Code workflow for a horror game: build a vertical slice first, review it with three critic agents (tough critic, scare director, narrative agent), then lock it in and let Claude build the rest unattended for hours.

▶ Watch on YouTubeBefore building the whole game, build a vertical slice of it. Then spin up three critic agents to review the slice: a tough critic, a scare director (only judges the jump scares and horror scenes: are they actually scary?), and a narrative agent (checks the game stays aligned with the original story). Fix what they find. Once the slice is approved, build the rest of the game, and don't wait for me on small decisions: make the call yourself, because this may run 12 hours or more.
Don't ask Claude to build the whole game in one go. Build a vertical slice first, have three critic agents review it, then lock it in and let Claude build the rest without waiting on you.
The problem: It's tempting to ask Claude to build the entire game at once, but the first result goes unchecked.
